Questions?

The Cooperative Extension Service is a great resource for asking questions about foodborne illness. Most counties have an Extension agent you can speak with by phone or email. Your state Extension office can also direct you to additional resources.

Find your Extension Service in the phone book. They are usually listed in the government pages (in the front) under Extension.

Try using a search engine and searching for the name of your state and 'Extension Service'. You will probably find a directory of Extension personnel you can contact directly.
